Austin did an outstanding job cleaning our long shag carpets. He even delivered them back to us, making the entire experience incredibly convenient. The quality of the cleaning exceeded our expectations, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We were very impressed with Lotus and would absolutely hire them again. Lotus and Kyle Bieber were great for us. We only had a small space with stairs but, despite less than 24 hours notice, they were able to fit us in and did a tremendous job. They have alot of five star reviews on google and you can see why. They are knowledgeable, personable and detail oriented. We had some tough stains and they were able to get them out of an old and tired carpet. Best compliment of all - we received our entire damage deposit back. Owner was very happy with the carpets. They have an older unit but that experience comes though in their work. Very orderly and high quality cleaning work.
